- Wordsmith is the place for word lovers. It has "Word a Day" features, and also an anagram function that enlightened me to the fact that an anagram of my son's name is "A Cancelled Law." Huh. Who knew?
- I also stumbled upon some of the most amazing libraries! Some of them are a bit too modern or froo-froo for my taste, but they are full of books...so who am I to complain?
Just LOOK at all those books!
I loved the list of libraries! I tried to figure out how many of the 36 I've visited (7 out of 35 ain't bad, and I've driven past several of the others). My absolute favorite is the Library of Congress. I love that place. It is, in my opinion, the most beautiful building in D.C.
ReplyDeleteUs lowly citizens might not be able to check out books there, but they have a HUGE portion of their collection digitized and online. And I could spend all day wasting time just wandering around their website.
I'm looking and I'm wanting that library.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the sick kids. I hope they get well soon.
Oh man. I have library envy!
ReplyDeleteI hope your son feels better soon! :)

ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for the links! I'll be sure to check them out!
